What do you think happens to the assets of all those Tesla car owners if the co goes belly up?
Fk the market. It is rigged right. The stock market.
But when people read studies of how people view their cars, the ones that buy them, it is not just a matter of a liability. A car is viewed as an asset.
So Tesla is selling billions of dollars of a time bomb, mostly to people who think they can afford it, but at the subsidized coast that implies that the marginal utility of a Tesla is negative.
A Tesla is worse than a car.
It might be good karma.
But it is sort of worse than a car because not only do customers not know the price of the subsidy…not really, that is the problem of government intervention right … the OEM is wholly unstable. No OEM , no service , no product right. so each quarter, this horrible business is seeding billions of pseudo assets into the real economy.
